The TCA Staff

Members of the staff at the Academy are committed to meeting the needs of all children by assuring that each one is exposed to a variety of structured and unstructured learning experiences geared for his or her developmental level. The classroom sizes at the Academy are small in numbers and each class has a Lead Teacher and a Teacher Assistant.

Meet Some Of Our Staff

Our Lead teachers are professionals and have a passion for teaching. They have early childhood training and meet the Michigan licensing requirements. Teachers also participate in ongoing professional training’s as well as other recommendations made by the Director. Teacher Assistants and other staff members meet Michigan’s qualifications for a childcare worker and have experience working with children. All staff members are required to undergo a background check.
